National Grief Awareness Week 2-8 December 2021
Rainbow Hunting is proud to be a partner of National Grief Awareness Week which runs from 2-8 December 2021. The aim of this annual event is to help normalise conversations about grief, whether you are suffering yourself or you have friends or loved ones that you want to help. We want to break the taboo and make it easier for everyone to discuss issues surrounding death and bereavement.
We will be adding more information and events and as they happen plus links to catch up. Plus there are many events happening all over the country. Just click here to find out more

I talk to Simon Parkin about the Good Grief Trust’s hashtag of Spread Some Warmth, the fact that grief does not have to be about a death, how we need to be kind to ourselves in this busy world under the shadow of covid where there are so many losses around, how we deal with key events and the importance of checking in with each other. Click here to listen, my interview starts around 20:00 and is about eight minutes long.
